    when i do the filecopytophone thing it says ‘filecopytophone’ there is no such command. any ideas?

    ya , i donno where i screwed up, but after i hold down shift and select the 1.1.1 firmware file , itunes starts to do its thing , but then a itunes error comes up stating ” The iPod “iPod” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred(1).
    any advice or suggestions ?

    Yea when i put in the entire copytophone comand it says it does not exist then i tried the shift restore thing without succeeding in iphuc and it started to work then displayed the same error as peter explained earlier. Someone who knows what they are doing plz give feedback i am stuck. Harry could you say how you did it?

    hi, I have tried jailbreaking my iPod touch by going to http://www.jailbreakme.com but there is a small blue question mark at the top left side of the screen.I have tried 2 download the file to downgrade me to 1.1.1 but it says ’safari cannot download this file’ please help.
